The official name of this organization shall be "EAST COAST BOAT RACING CLUB OF NEW
JERSEY, inc.".

The EAST COAST BOAT RACING CLUB OF NEW JERSEY shall be a non-profit organization dedicated
to the preservation and perfection of the racing speed Garveys and Skiffs.
The club is registered in the State of N.J. as a non profit organization.
