Be a Safe, Licensed New Jersey Boater!

It's the Law now and you must have a License in 2010, All Boaters Living in the state of N.J. are required to have a Boaters Safety Certificate.  This is NOT the Boat endorsement on your Driver's License, but a separate certificate awarded by the State of New Jersey after completing a course and passing a test.  If you get stopped by the N.J. State Marine Police, and you don't have a Required License, you will get a summons for court and a $500.00 fine.
