The membership will select officers (4): President, Vice President, Secretary, & Treasurer
These are to be voted by the membership attending the January meeting. Election by simple majority.
An addendum will be published later in the year with the names of the officials and members of the various committees.
President: preside over club meetings; manage legal affairs of the club, including authority to sign any legal documents
as may be required; negotiate with the various agencies or groups as required to obtain approvals or permits necessary to
conduct a race or any other club function, appoint members to fill vacant offices.
Vice President: Assist the President & have the acting powers to perform those duties as required in the President's
Secretary: Handle all club records & correspondence; take, maintain, & report the minutes of the club meetings,
maintain all club records, file all permits, arrange/purchase any necessary supplies, and other administrative functions.
Treasurer: Maintain the club financial records, checking and/or savings account, pay all bills upon approval by
club executive member, provide year end financial report to the general membership.
All checks will require two signatures by club officers.
