One person shall be appointed as Public Relations Manager to promote the club and the races, solicit media, accomplish methods for advertising, find sponsors, coordinate with the charities we support, etc.

THE ACTIONS OF ALL COMMITTEES MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE OFFICERS AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

All Officers and committee members serve on a volunteer basis without any financial compensation except for reimbursement of actual club related expenses.
